CREATING A LINK ON YOUR SITE HEADER/BANNER
Go to the HTML on the page type where the banner is located eg 'tall header' page. (via the Design tab and the Edit HTML/CSS button).
Locate the following code (or similar): class="wsite-header"
Add this code immediately after "wsite-header":
Make sure you put in your own URL. Save.
FREE RESOURCES FOR SCHOOL AND CLASS WEBSITES
We have been asked about resources for school and class websites. So we thought we would highlight a few.
By far the best Flash Card maker (and resource of existing flash cards) is "QUIZLET.COM"
The site is easy to use, is free and is full of different categories.
When you find the set of cards that you want to use - then go to the "Link or embed" button on the left of the page.
All you have to do is copy the code provided and paste it into a custom HTML element and that set will appear on your page.
WORDS OF THE DAY
There are a number of these little applications that will provide a different word or fact each day.
